Michelle Baharier

Michelle Baharier has been making art all her life, she did her degree in Fine Art at Exeter College of Art and Design, and her Post Grad was at the Slade School of Fine Art. Michelle has exhibited in the USA, Europe and the Middle East. Michelle uses performance, sound, sculpture installation, drawing and painting, she has a sound piece called Sedition, part of Sound moves in the archives of Tate Modern UK and is blogging about her arts practice. Michelle has authored many books, arts, poetry and Cooking. She was the founder of the disabled led mental health charity CoolTan Arts, She famously started the Largctyalu Shuffle walks, CoolWalks and Southwark hidden stories’. Michelle now only doing Art, as a prartioner Michelle likes doing regencies/exhibitions which she loves doing with the wider community.

I have been working on a mural for the Paralympic Atheletes to be unveiled later on this year… Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson, David Weir, Ade Adepitan, Jonnie Peacock, Kadeena Cox, and Ellie Simmonds all feature in the mural.
