Attitude is Everything is seeking a Support Worker who will facilitate our Chief Executive Officer’s access requirements so that she is enabled to lead the organisation. You will be based at Attitude is Everything’s London offices, although it is envisaged that the majority of your time will be spent out of the office environment, assisting our Chief Executive Officer as she works to enhance the profile of the organisation across the U.K. and at times, internationally.

This is the perfect role for a candidate who is highly organised, proactive and motivated to supporting the access requirements of our most senior member of staff. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have some prior experience in working with senior members of staff in an administrative or other supporting role, preferably in an arts and / or cultural environment.

You need to have a high degree of interpersonal and communication skills; you need to be discreet, professional, approachable and co-operative. Aspects of this role involve a high degree of confidentiality, so the candidate will need to have integrity with the ability to maintain tact and diplomacy, trust and confidentiality.

The candidate needs to be flexible with their time in order for our Chief Executive Officer to be fully supported. Perhaps this role might suit someone who works freelance during other times of the week or perhaps has very few other fixed commitments.

This post is funded by the government’s Access to Work Scheme until 30th January 2019, therefore this role will be recruited to on a fixed term basis. However, we do have every intention of seeking further funding for this post after that date.

For occupational requirement reasons we are looking to appoint a female only for this post (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9). Salary: £13.90 per hour including London weighting + good benefits package
Contract: Fixed term contract until 30th January 2019
Hours: 96 hours per month (approximately 24 hours per week), including evenings and weekends. Actual days, start/finish times will be variable and in accordance with the weekly rota. There will be no requirement to work on a Friday.
Pension: 10% employer contribution
Holiday: 26 days per year, pro rata
Based: London office, NW1
