This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative, proactive and commercially-minded individual to lead on the management of the ICA Box Office, to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, to ensure that events within the ICA programme go on sale in a timely and accurate manner, and to take day-to-day responsibility for the sale and purchase of tickets.
As Box Office Manager, your role would also involve working as an ambassador for the ICA’s Front of House and overseeing the Box Office team in terms of service delivery and training needs. Proven experience of box office and customer service is a must along with a working knowledge of ticket systems and CRM databases.
This is a permanent, full time position but we are open to hearing from candidates looking to work four days a week. Flexibility is a must to work evenings and weekends as needed.
