Manchester International Festival seeks CRM Project Manager

Remuneration: £35-45,000 (based on experience)



As we move towards the The Factory we recognise that how we manage our relationships with audiences, supporters and organisation-wide contacts is integral to the future of the company. We are therefore looking for CRM Project Manager adept at delivering projects on time, a confident and clear and confident communicator proficient with CRM Systems to oversee the roll out of the delivery and implementation of this. Responsibilities may include;

To manage the implementation of the new system, working to a series of deadlines culminating in the 2019 Manchester International Festival

Managing a range of internal stakeholder requirements for CRM configuration, functionality and training throughout the implementation phase of the project

Act as the key point of contact between the appointed system supplier and the organisation – ensuring that the system supplier maintains their responsibilities and SLAs as outlined in the project plan and supplier contract.

To manage the project timeline/key requirements and ensure that all internal stakeholders meet deliverables listed to ensure the project remains on track

Significant input to both the Supplier Contract and Project Budget (working with the rest of the 5-strong internal Project Board)

Production and maintenance of a Project Risk Register, Regular Status Reports (to the Project Board), Project Initiation and Closure Documentation

Arrange and attend regular Project Board and Project Working Group meetings (chairing the latter) with associated production/distribution of minutes
