Northern Ballet is a powerhouse for inventive dance. We create innovative full-length ballets and tour these to as wide an audience as possible, alongside pieces from existing repertoire. We are an internationally facing world-class dance company where excellence and diversity is recognised and celebrated in all areas of our organisation.
We are currently looking to recruit three new Board Members. Two would have a specific focus on networking and advocating for the company (probably one from Leeds and one from London) and the third would have a remit to have an overview of Learning, Diversity and Inclusivity. We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of supporting a similar organisation and possess the gravitas and presence to be able to inspire and motivate others both internally and externally.
