Shakespeare Schools Foundation (SSF) is a national cultural education charity that exists to improve the levels of literacy, communications skills and teamwork abilities of young people. Our unique drama project gives young people the confidence to stride onto whatever stage they choose. Our mission is to transform lives through the unique power of Shakespeare.
We are looking for a proactive, solution and results focused self-starter, who is excited by the challenges and opportunities of the non-profit sector and is passionate about the social objectives of SSF.
A qualified accountant with experience of Sage, small business and statutory accounts work, you will also be a motivated, confident and enthusiastic team player. You will relish the opportunity to provide strategic oversight of our finance and support function to ensure the charity is on a sustainable footing.
As a member of the senior management team, the Head of Finance will provide strategic financial and business services direction and oversight across the organisation, working closely with the Chief Executive and Festival & Creative Director.
