Shakespeare’s Globe is currently seeking a Head of Revenue Fundraising to lead our Memberships, Partnerships and Trusts & Foundations teams, developing fundraising and sponsorship streams to support the ongoing revenue requirements of the Globe. The post-holder will manage key funding relationships and accounts, ensuring we meet the current income budget of £2 million per annum.
The successful candidate will have experience of leading a team within a heritage, museum or performing arts environment, with a history of working with senior volunteers and account management of major partners. They will have excellent relationship-building and communication skills alongside demonstrable results in developing new business opportunities. Knowledge of fundraising with US supporters would be an advantage. We are happy to discuss flexible working options with the right candidates, however please note the role does not suit home working.
