Shakespeare’s Globe is currently seeking a Membership Officer to work alongside the Membership Manager in devising and implementing strategies for Member recruitment and retention as we endeavour to grow our 6,800 strong Membership. The role assists the Membership Manager to look for new internal opportunities (created by the recent implementation of CRM system Tessitura) to promote Memberships across the organisation. The post holder will develop the way we use Tessitura to source prospects and track the way Members engage with the Globe. The role is also critical in the effective delivery of a range of services to members and donors.
The successful candidate will have experience of using a CRM system, sound experience and knowledge of membership schemes and fundraising principles, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a variety of people at all levels. Experience of stewarding Members or Donors and a good eye for detail is essential. We are happy to discuss flexible working opportunities for this role.
