I am a poet, performer and lyricist.

My poetry and performance work connects to questions around structural power, personal agency and the politics of place, identity and language-use. I like to interrupt the social scripts we use through a mixture of humour, slapstick, collage and documentary procedures. My performances often utilise exaggerated theatrical personas.

As a performer I have appeared at venues and festivals including: The Royal Exchange Theatre, Edge Hill Arts Centre, The Arnolfini Gallery, Free Verse Poetry Book Fair, Aberystwyth Arts Centre, The Open Eye Gallery, Rich Mix and Poetry Emergency Festival. As an editor I have worked with New Welsh Review and MAI: Journal of Feminism and Visual Culture.

My work is influenced by my experiences of mental distress and depressive illness as an autistic person.
