Oska Bright Film Festival is the world’s leading festival for films made by or featuring people with learning disabilities. Over the past fourteen years, and through its seven festivals, Oska Bright has created an internationally respected platform for learning disabled film-makers to share their work and celebrate success. It is one of the programmes of work produced by Brighton based arts organisation Carousel.

The festival is biennial, and in the ‘non’ festival years we take a selection of award-winning films on tour to venues and events around the country.
