I Am Festival is our yearly celebration empowering D/deaf, disabled, and neurodiverse young people to explore their creativity. Over the past five years, the festival has provided a platform for hundreds of young people to showcase their talents, leadership, ideas and opinions.
This year, the festival will once again be taking place online. We invite you to join us from 14–18 June for a week of interactive celebration, creativity, and learning.
Throughout the week, you will be able to access our virtual festival site (coming soon) and take part in accessible creative workshops, explore the amazing work created by students at SEND settings across London, and join the party at a number of live streamed celebration events!
This year, schools involved in our SEND Network have been focusing on the theme of Love – exploring every aspect of the word, from ‘family’ to ‘fandom’. The festival will be a collective expression of love, and what it means to the young people involved.
