Access All Areas are looking for a full time Company Co-ordinator to provide office administration support and project co-ordination for Access All Areas’ professional company of artists.

Access All Areas makes award winning, disruptive performance by learning disabled and autistic artists.

We work nationally and locally to develop powerful learning disabled creative voices that challenge public perceptions of learning disability, and bring excellent and innovative new performance work to UK audiences. Our work is fuelled by a drive to celebrate learning disabled experiences and voices in the arts and media, not just to improve our communities, but to make great art. Our work is divided into three strands: Productions, Artist Development and Take Part. At the heart of the organisation is a professional company of learning disabled and autistic artists that we support in their professional careers as artists, actors and trainers.

Based in our accessible office at Bradbury Studios, the Company Co-ordinator provides vital administration support to the whole company of 8 members of staff and is the first point of contact for the company. The successful post holder will also provide administration support to both the Artistic Director and Access Manager on a range of exciting programmes and projects with the artists.

Employment type: Full time, fixed-term for 1 year with the possibility of extension.

Hours: 36 hours per week, normally Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm, with occasional evening and weekend work required.

Overtime/TOIL: Access All Areas operates a Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) system for overtime worked.

Pension: Access All Areas makes a 5% contribution to employee pensions.

Work location: Work will usually take place at Access All Areas’ office
(Bradbury Studios, 138 Kingsland Road, London, E2 8DY). Occasional travel around London and outside of London may be required.
