We are looking for a proactive and committed Community Executive to help us run our award winning mentoring scheme for 18 – 25 year olds around the UK. This is a part-time role and will be based in our London office once our organisation safely returns there.

As Community Executive your work will be at the heart of what we do; supporting young people to access careers in the creative and cultural industries. You will be responsible for building and developing the mentoring programme in London and nationally. This will include recruiting, matching and supporting new mentor pairs throughout 2020/21.

12 month fixed term contract
14 hours a week, paid at London Living Wage, currently £10.75 an hour

We are keen to hear from candidates from all backgrounds, drawing on different perspectives, experience and knowledge. We welcome interest from people of colour, Black, Asian and minority ethnic people, people who are LGTBQIA, people who identify as working class or have done so in the past, people with disabilities, refugees and migrants, and people living with mental health conditions.

If you are invited to interview, we will at that point ask you for any accessibility requirements or preferences.
