We are recruiting for an experienced Box Office Supervisor to join our Box Office team at Colston Hall, the South-West’s largest concert hall and Bristol’s major music venue.

We are currently in a major transformation period, where extensive redevelopment work is being undertaken in our two main auditoriums, which are currently closed. This work will be completed towards the end of 2021 and during this time we have a programme of limited evening performances in our foyer spaces, but we are still hosting numerous shows in venues around Bristol with our Colston Hall Presents programme.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills whilst working for a vibrant arts organisation. Previous experience of working in a busy box office is essential, as is Spektrix experience and experience of supervising staff.

You will at times take responsibility for the operational management of the box office services and have a can do attitude and excellent administration skills; you will be proactive, enthusiastic, and well-organised, with an intuitive understanding of what makes for great customer service. You will be expected to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the venue.

Apply online via our website. Closing date for applications 9.00am on Wednesday 26 February 2020
