We are looking for a highly flexible, driven and creative marketing lead to join our expanding team at Digital Orchard.

Based in a peaceful, rural office just off the M25 in Chalfont St Giles in Buckinghamshire, we are a busy hub for film-making. Working on major film and High End TV productions, we have just celebrated our 10 year anniversary and have exciting plans for the next 10 years ahead! A big part of our vision is to make a positive impact on the industry in regards to diversity and inclusion, and we run a number of talent-support events, training and campaigns as part of our Digital Orchard Foundation department.

We already have a busy and talented team in place who work on our marketing and PR activity, and we are now looking to consolidate and grow this activity with the right person as our Marketing Lead. The job description demonstrates the minimum work we need this person to deliver, but we are open-minded and keen to hear from you if you have the ideas and/or experience to go above and beyond this, directly leading our growth.

Put simply – apply for this job if you have the majority of what we are looking for in the job description and are highly excited about delivering this exact role for a boutique film and digital services company, ready to grow with us. Also apply for this job if you are a highly experienced marketing leader keen to shape and drive the awareness and sales of our ever- growing business and Foundation activity.

Please be specific in your cover note about your skills, experience, interest in Digital Orchard, expectations of this role, and your salary expectations.

Lastly – Digital Orchard is an equal opportunities employer and our recruitment opportunities are open to everyone. However, we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who are from groups that are underrepresented in the film and television industry. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this, and/or require an alternative application method. All applicants will be asked to complete an equal opportunities monitoring form, sent to them by reply to their application email.

This is an open recruitment process that went live on 3rd May 2021; we will keep the job advert live until we find the right person for the role, and it will not close before 5pm on 24th May 2021.
