Kenny Wax is firmly established as one of the UK’s leading producers of West End and touring theatre. Current productions include the smash-hit West End and UK Touring comedies The Play That Goes Wrong, the sell-out acclaimed musical SIX, as well as upcoming UK Tours of Magic Goes Wrong and Groan Ups. The Company’s family entertainment division is renowned for bringing some of the best of children’s theatre to the West End and on tour in the UK and internationally, including Oi Frog & Friends!, What the Ladybird Heard, Hetty Feather, We’re Going On A Bear Hunt and The Worst Witch. Future productions include new musical Identical, directed by Trevor Nunn.

The successful candidate will have an interest in the theatre industry and a real flair for alongside producers and general management teams by delivering exceptional financial support. They will be responsive, flexible and highly organised with a proven track record in a theatrical environment. To join a team of 2, responsible for the smooth running of the accounts department for the Kenny Wax group of companies


– Check and enter invoices from SharePoint folder onto Sage 50
– Deal with queries on invoices liaising with all departments in the Company
– Reconcile Purchase Ledger accounts
– Create payment runs for relevant departments to authorise for payment
– Make payments
– Enter payments on Sage
– Reconcile bank statements to Sage
– Raise sales Invoices as and when required
– Reconcile Petty Cash submissions, enter the same on Sage and arrange reimbursements if required


– Excellent working knowledge of Sage 50
– Working knowledge of using Sharepoint
– Team ethic
– Minimum 1 year experience working in the theatre industry
