Kenny Wax is firmly established as one of the UK’s leading producers of West End and touring theatre. The successful candidate will have an interest in the theatre industry and a real flair for alongside producers and general management teams by delivering exceptional financial support. They will be responsive, flexible and highly organised with a proven track record in a theatrical environment. THE ROLE

To join a team of 2, responsible for the smooth running of the accounts department for the Kenny Wax group of companies

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

– Check and enter invoices from SharePoint folder onto Sage 50
– Deal with queries on invoices liaising with all departments in the Company
– Reconcile Purchase Ledger accounts
– Create payment runs for relevant departments to authorise for payment
– Make payments
– Enter payments on Sage
– Reconcile bank statements to Sage
– Raise sales Invoices as and when required
– Reconcile Petty Cash submissions, enter the same on Sage and arrange reimbursements if required

ESSENTIAL

– Excellent working knowledge of Sage 50
– Working knowledge of using Sharepoint
– Team ethic
– Minimum 1 year experience working in the theatre industry
