From heading up artist liaison teams to developing our commitment to sustainability – we’re recruiting for a number of roles across our organisation as we head towards MIF21 and The Factory.
Roles available include;
-Access Manager – lead on the delivery of a holistic Access Strategy for MIF/The Factory that embeds accessibility as a core principle of the organisation.
-Artist Liaison Coordinator & Artist Liaison Deputy – ensure the implementation of the Artist Liaison strategy for the commissions/events for MIF and The Factory. This will include managing the logistic arrangements for our teams participating as part of our co-commissioning agreements worldwide.
-Content Editor – create, curate and publish stories across a range of digital platforms. This is a customer facing role which is focused on stimulating conversation about the arts and building audiences online.
-Environmental Sustainability Manager – to help us drive forward our ambitions around becoming a world-leader in sustainable environmental management, ensuring our sustainable aims sit at the heart of everything we do.
-Executive Assistant – support the Executive team by consistently providing excellent and pro-active executive support across their work.
-HR Manager – provide a comprehensive service to managers and employees, and drive both HR operations and the delivery of strategic objectives.
-Producer (permanent) – From development of the idea to its realisation and presentation to the public, line-produce new commissions and where required manage tours to co-commissioner venues or other presenters.
-Freelance Producers – As a Freelance Producer you will develop and deliver high quality new productions and events for the organisation working with the Artistic Lead and Executive Producers.
-Freelance Production Managers – As a Freelance Production Manager you will work with the show specific Producer and MIF’s Technical team to deliver the technical aspects of cross-art form shows on a variety of scales in conventional and found spaces.
