Remuneration: £25,000 per annum | 12-month fixed-term, full-time post from March 2020 (maternity cover)
The Marketing Officer will oversee all of Candoco’s marketing and communications activity; promoting our work, delivering engaging campaigns and developing new partnerships to increase our public profile and extend our reach in the lead up to our 30th Anniversary in 2021.
This is a really exciting time for Candoco. Last year, we created a brand-new piece with the Royal Opera, The Lost Thing, a musical reimagining of the popular book by Shaun Tan and performed 24 shows at the Royal Opera House; in spring 2020 will be performing our repertoire in Poland, Taiwan and New York as well as dates in the UK. The adventure continues as we work towards our 30th anniversary in 2021, develop our youth company and a number of ambitious company pieces that will continue to expand perceptions of what dance can be.
