MBD is an arts and creative media organisation that specialises in making amazing experiences using a blend of art and immersive technology. The majority of our current and planned future work is focussed on Virtual Reality.

Description:

We are looking for a positive, self-motivated, organised and experienced arts administrator to join the MBD family in the role of General Manager.

This is an important role at the heart of the organisation and is part of the MBD senior management team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the organisation alongside management of the office and staff support infrastructure. It forms a key support role for the creative team whilst also working closely with the Directors to deliver the company’s business plan and long term vision.

You will be a highly organised and positive person experienced in working on a range of tasks at the same time. You will understand the importance of process and clear procedures to meet the demands of a busy organisation, but you will be able to adapt to change and think on your feet when needed.
You will enjoy working in a fast paced and creative environment as part of a close knit team. You will have a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.

Contract:
Part-time: 22.5 – 30 hours per week. This is negotiable to create the best fit for you and us
2 year fixed term contract with potential to extend
