The National Paralympic Heritage Trust (NPHT) exists to enlighten and inspire future generations by celebrating, cherishing and bringing the Paralympic heritage and its stories of human endeavour to life. We have achieved a lot in our first five years including the opening of a wonderful heritage centre and have exciting future plans including exhibitions in Bath, Manchester and at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London and the further development of our digital offer. In order to support us on the next stage of our journey we are looking to appoint up to two independent Trustees. You could be drawn from the world of disability, culture, heritage or sport, or beyond, but you will share our passion for preserving and celebrating the heritage of the UK as the birth place of the Paralympic movement and it is likely you will have an understanding of, and access to, important networks or contacts in the sport and/or heritage sectors. You will also need to be committed to our aims and values, and to equality and diversity.
