Remuneration: £45-£55,000 per annum
The Head of Diversity and Development will lead on delivering the EDI (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) and strategic Talent Development plans, driving measurable change through delegated ownership and accountability of key EDI and Talent objectives across the organization. The Head of Diversity & Development will partner with and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to roll out innovative internal programmes which support addressing systemic inequalities and ensure employees live a culture where everyone feels valued, has opportunities to develop and feel they can bring their best selves to work.
If this sounds like you and if you have experience of the following we would love to hear from you:
-Ability to drive the understanding and case for change, in particular in regards to anti-racism work, within our workforce to drive accountability across the EDI Strategy and Action Plan and Annual Learning & Development Plan.
-Experience of designing and delivering Equality, Diversity & Inclusion policies, programmes and actions, including impactful anti-racism initiatives, training and/or policies and practices.
-Develop initiatives and frameworks which provide visibility and impact, along with creating a productive feedback loop to continually improve the Southbank Centre’s ability to build ownership and reach and surpass our EDI targets.
-Bring expertise to building out development initiatives which address inequalities and create opportunities at all levels of the organization, to build a Southbank Centre which reflects the communities we serve in London and beyond.
