The General Manager leads the General Management Team to ensure the effective day to day operations and administration of the company.
Their strategic areas of responsibility include HR and recruitment, Equality Diversity & Inclusion, Access, contract administration, Health & Safety and resources.
They will lead all key operating policies fundamental to the successful running of the company to include (but not limited to) Anti-Racism, HR, Health and Safety, Equality, Sustainability
