Following the pioneering 15-year leadership of Wysing Arts Centre by the late Donna Lynas MBE, the Trustees of Wysing are now seeking to appoint a new Director. The Director leads the organisation, sets the strategic direction, bringing curatorial and artistic expertise and knowledge to Wysing’s leadership. They are accountable to the board of Trustees. The new Director will lead the organisational planning for the next period of NPO application and planning responding to the new Arts Council’s ‘Let’s Create’ strategy and new investment principles.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic and creative individual, with the experience to lead an organisation of this scale and calibre, maintaining its current reputation and key role in the visual arts sector.
